What are your training course enrollment requirements?
Our courses are kept to a maximum of six people and therefore seating is very limited. All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card (Visa only) or purchase order two weeks in advance, see below. To arrange for training for groups larger than 6 people, call 1-800-878-3373.
What are your training course cancellation / refund policies?
- If a cancellation notice is received by Visual8 more than 10 business days before the date of course start, you are entitled to a full refund.
- If a cancellation notice is received at 10 business days before the date of course start, a service charge of $50.00 will be applied.
- If a cancellation notice is received 5 business days before the date of course start, 50% of fees are refunded.
- If a cancellation notice is received 1 business day or less in advance of the course start date, no refund is possible.
- In order to be eligible for a fees refund, cancellation notices must be in writing and can be sent by:
